    BOARD PRESIDENT, HOME CURATION CHAIR

What’s your “why” for starting SCHT? Community, community, community! We all rise together.

  • Tiffany Johnston

BOARD VICE PRESIDENT, TREASURER, LOGISTICS CHAIR

What’s your “why” for joining SCHT? I spent 20 years of my career as a management consultant - always doing new things and finding the next best practice. So helping the start of SC Home Tour appeals to my interest in tackling new opportunities. It certainly helps that the results go straight to support my kids’ schools.

  • Shannon Dunbar

    BOARD SECRETARY, VOLUNTEER CHAIR

What’s your “why” for joining SCHT? When I first heard about the San Clemente Home Tour, I knew I wanted to be involved. As a parent of 3 kids who have all gone through San Clemente schools, supporting this community is especially meaningful to me.

I’ve spent much of my career in project management and operations with large corporations and I hope to bring that experience to the next home tour!

  • Kelly Covey

    BOARD DIRECTOR, MARKET CHAIR

  • Jill Mitzev

    BOARD DIRECTOR, DOCENT CHAIR, SPONSORSHIP

What’s your “why” for joining SCHT? I’m a real estate professional by trade and a community supporter at heart. I’m excited to be volunteering for the 2025 San Clemente Home Tour to give back to the town I love and help support our incredible local schools. When I’m not helping people find their perfect homes, I’m usually organizing something, pitching in, or admiring one of our amazing local views. I believe in strong foundations—whether in real estate or education—and I’m proud to be part of an event that celebrates both.

  • Bianca Spinazzola

    SPONSORSHIP CO-CHAIR, WEBSITE

What’s your “why” for joining SCHT? As a local interior designer in San Clemente, I’m passionate about the unique style and character that defines our town. Though I grew up in a small beach town in Rhode Island, San Clemente's coastal charm and tight-knit community make it feel like home.

I love this town and want to give back to the place that’s given me so much. Joining the Home Tour Committee is a way to celebrate our beautiful homes while contributing to the continued growth and heart of San Clemente. I’m excited to share my design perspective and be part of something that uplifts our community.

  • Denise Rockstroh

    SPONSORSHIP CO-CHAIR

What’s your “why” for joining SCHT? When I first moved to America, my family and I were lucky enough to come straight to San Clemente, where I attended Truman Benedict, Vista Del Mar, and SCHS. I spent every summer day of my most formative years in the ocean at T-street. And finally, as an adult, I was able to build my interior design studio here. Being part of the SC Home Tour has felt like such a full-circle moment for me, and I’m so grateful to play a small part in giving back to the hometown and community that has shaped me fully.

  • Vika Boyko

    MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS CHAIR

What’s your “why” for joining SCHT? Our family is new to San Clemente, and with our son starting 10th grade at SCHS, I decided the quickest way to stop feeling like newcomers was to get involved. I’d volunteered on a high school home tour before and loved the wonderfully improbable combination of beautiful houses, warm people, and a genuinely good cause. With a background in marketing and communications, SCHT seemed like a place where I could be useful, and, selfishly, get to know the community we now call home.

  • Katie Nelson

    BENEFIT SCHOOL LIAISON

What’s your “why” for joining SCHT? SCHT brings together so many things close to my heart - beautiful homes, inspiring design, and giving back to the community I love. As an interior designer and a parent of children in our public schools, it’s incredibly meaningful to be part of something that celebrates our town while directly enriching our students’ education.

  • Lauren Harrell

    LOGISTICS

What’s your “why” for joining SCHT? I joined the SC Home Tour team to help give back to the public schools in San Clemente. My husband and I have three kids in three different San Clemente schools.  We have been very pleased with our kids’ public school education experiences so far, and know that each campus deserves more money per student than what they’re getting. I try to live by the ‘Think Globally, Act Locally’ concept.  I’ve been enjoying the SC Garden Tour for many years and when I was approached to help with the SC Home Tour, I gladly joined, knowing it would be with an amazing group of local business owners!

  • Jen Harris

    SPONSORSHIP

What’s your “why” for joining SCHT? I’m a longtime San Clemente resident and local Realtor. I’m honored to be a part of the 2026 San Clemente Home Tour because I love giving back to the community I call home. As a Realtor, I naturally appreciate beautiful homes and inspired design, but what makes this event truly special to me is its purpose. Every dollar raised benefits our 11 local public schools, and although I don’t have children of my own, I believe investing in the next generation is one of the best ways to strengthen our community. I’m proud to support an event that brings together beautiful homes, dedicated volunteers, and a meaningful cause.

  • Lisa Marino

    SPONSORSHIP

What’s your “why” for joining SCHT? As someone who deeply loves living in San Clemente, volunteering for the San Clemente Home Tour is an expression of my commitment to giving back to the community I cherish.  Knowing that the money raised directly supports our local public schools makes the effort incredibly rewarding, as it aides and enriches education for thousands of local students from elementary through high school. For me, spending time alongside my neighbors to highlight our town's unique charm and architectural beauty is not just about showing off beautiful properties; it is about creating a stronger foundation for the next generation and building a more united, connected town.

    CHECK-IN, BREAKFAST/LUNCHEON

What’s your “why” for joining SCHT? I initially visited SCHT for the chance to spend more time with friends, but I quickly came to appreciate—and wanted to be part of—the greater mission: bringing the community together to celebrate local businesses, San Clemente’s distinctive architecture and design, and to support our public schools. Along the way, I also discovered that SCHT is made up of an incredible and talented group of volunteers.

  • Nicole Beverly

    VOLUNTEER SUPPORT

What’s your “why” for joining SCHT? What a great way to get involved in our community and get to know other like-minded women who share similar interests, and helping out our local schools is just the cherry on top! I'm a huge advocate for supporting our local schools! Sign me up!

  • Meredith Kolasa

    SCHOOL LIAISON

What’s your “why” for joining SCHT? The SCHT is a creative way to get involved in our community and increase funding for our local students. I  come from a family of educators and have a middle schooler at Vista Del Mar and see the value in supplementing public education as best we can.
