Who is organizing the Tour?
How can I get involved and volunteer?
Fill out the form(s) at the bottom of the village of volunteers page.
Where do profits go?
SC Home Tour is a 501(c)3 and net proceeds will go back to public schools within the city of San Clemente
How much are tickets?
Early bird tickets are $95, after that they are $125.
Where can I buy tickets for the Tour?
Is there an age limit to go on the Tour?
Yes, attendees must be 12 years or older.
How many times can I walk through a home?
As many as you’d like during open house hours.
When and where can I view the home tour map?
The day before the event, the route will be released and all ticket holders will be emailed.
Can I bring my pet(s)?
No pets or emotional support animals are allowed on the Tour out of respect to the home owners and any of our friends with allergies. If you need special services, please reach out so we can explore accommodations. Trained Service Animals are allowed at Commercial locations on the Tour like the Casino and the CA State Beach.
Where can I get the SC Home Tour Magazine?
The magazine comes with the purchase of a ticket and will be provided during checkin to ticketholders
