Call for Home Submissions – City Home Tour Benefiting Local Schools
We are currently seeking unique and inspiring homes to feature on our upcoming Home Tour. This event offers homeowners, designers, and builders the opportunity to showcase their work to the public, gain community recognition, and contribute to a meaningful cause—raising funds for our local schools.
We are selecting homes, each distinctive in style, story, or design. Whether your home is a charming beach bungalow, a striking mid-century modern masterpiece, a historic Ole Hanson residence, or an entertainer’s dream with ocean views, we’d love to hear your story.
If you’re interested in having your home considered for the tour, please complete and submit the form below. Submission deadline is August 15, 2025.

Participation Guidelines
If your home is selected for the tour, you agree to:
Allow guests to tour your home over the course of the 6 hour event
Collaborate with the selection committee and our event sponsors (such as organizers, stagers, decorators, and local artists) to ensure your home is tour-ready
Embrace the festive atmosphere by helping host – this could include light music, refreshments, or small bites
Participate in shaping the home’s presentation by working with your architect, builder, or designer to help tell its story.
Help facilitate creation of imagery of the home, if it doesn’t already exists to meet our timeline for the magazine production
