What to Expect Next

  • Our selection committee will review all submissions over the coming weeks. We are looking for a diverse group of six homes that each offer something unique in terms of design, story, or character.

  • Between now and July 31, 2025, (what is the final submission date?) a committee member may reach out to schedule a visit to your home as part of the selection process

  • Final home selections will be made by August 31, 2025.

If you’re selected

  • We’ll provide all logistical details, including timelines, event expectations, and how we’ll help support you in preparing your home for the tour.

  • homeowners will work closely with our team and event partners—including designers, organizers, and local artists—to ensure the home is presented at its best.
